考研英语的复习姿势可以一语以概之，就是要“嚼烂”真题。“嚼烂”真题，顾名思义是指吃透文章，对于考研英语真题来说，就是近十年的真题文章每一篇都要吃透，具体包括五个方面。

第一步，做真题、对答案，进行理解

初步接触考研英语阅读真题时，大家可以抛开时间观念，认认真真地做完。做完之后，对照真题给出的答案解析，理解对错的具体原因，在原文中找到解题域和关键词。按照这个步伐做完5套真题之后，建议大家为自己规定一个做题时间，比如按照考试时间来做，即70－80分钟之内搞定4篇阅读理解。考试时做题速度非常关键。

第二步，查出并整理生词、词组

大家可以利用词典将自己做题过程中遇到的生词、词组查出来，然后整理到笔记本上，这个词汇本是后期要反复看的，目的是维持并增加词汇量。真题中有大量的固定搭配，这些大家也是需要记忆的，后期大家还可以将生词和词组进行归类，分为经济词汇、法律词汇、科技词汇等，闪光的词组还可以运用到写作当中。

第三步，翻译真题，整理并理解长难句

做完题目之后要对原文进行翻译，翻译时无需逐字逐句，但要将解题域部分的长难句准确无译文做修改工作。通过这个过程纠正自己的翻译思维，提高翻译能力。如果翻译的不正确，别气馁，努力找出原因并加以改正。如果是单词中的"一词多义"造成的翻译障碍，词典可以帮助同学们；如果这个句子是长难句，同学们更需要花大量的时间来理解。提醒大家，真题中的经典长难句要整理到笔记本中，作为写作素材。

第四步，标记题目、选项在原文中对应的位置

这个工作可以让大家清楚看到命题人喜欢在文中什么位置、用什么特点的句子、采用什么样的角度来出题，看清楚最佳选项和原句是什么关系、看清楚错误选项的陷阱是如何设置的等，在原文中一一标注A、B、C、D和题号，做的多了，就能培养出手感、题感，提高正确率，有些考生对真题做的特别透彻，到最后能达到只看选项就能判断出哪些是陷阱。

第五步，理解文章的主旨思想

做完一篇文章，要理解整篇文章的主旨大意，明白作者在表达什么。

只有做好了以上这几个方面，才能算是对真题的真正做透，同时，建议大家培养晨读或者背诵的习惯，背诵真题材料。"熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟"的道理同样适用于英语的学习，背的多了自然能培养出于语感。

考研英语真题阅读是让无数考生头痛不已的事情，或许此时此刻的你!猛一看，好多单词不认识，于是暂时不做阅读，埋头苦干于背单词的不归路；要么猛一看，句子看不懂，于是又再次恶补语法；要么粗鲁的看看阅读，就立刻选选项；恰逢遇到5个选项都对，顿时欣喜若狂，有么5个选项全错，顿时闷闷不乐，开始怀疑自己了。

第一步：快速扫描各题题干：21题（细节题）22（例证题）23（细节题）24（例证题）25（主旨题）（注意：不要刻意定位什么题型不重要，更不要在这是细节例证等犹豫好长时间那就得不偿失了，大概瞄一眼就可以了，定位题型是帮助你更好的去解题而不是框住你！非要在这道题是推理题还是例证题而纠结好久好久！只能说太惋惜了！）（在试卷上用铅笔勾画核心词如：楼下加重的是勾画的重点）

勾画注意：勾画的目的在于最快速的让你在文章中锁定定位段和定位句；如21题答案在1&2段，选项中如果出现3段定位内容即使选择正确也不能选；22题Dr. Yehuda’s research可知，这个研究可能作者支持或者反对；23题定位4段the stress women很重要，可能和文章主旨有关；24题“”可能表示反语，如果有选项和这个引号内的表层含义相同肯定是错的。25题是主旨题；可能和压力有关；因为23题出现了压力；通过21/22/23/24/25题干可知这篇文章在讲压力；（讲女性压力）可能和男性对比，有可能说现在女性压力大古代女性压力不大？有可能说压力大有好处？（如现在社会一大半资源掌握在男性手中？不公平的社会现象？等等……此时此刻你就头脑中任意联想一下吧！）（这些都是在你脑海中要闪过的，带着这些问题去看文章你的收获肯定无比的巨大）

第二步：标注段落号和解题相关句子序号；（草稿纸列逻辑框架（考试会发草稿纸）会这招阅读理解基本满分）

21定位1&2段，那就认真看了吧!(因为考场就是以得分为目的，如果有的段落和题干无关，我就不看)注意：行文顺序和题干顺序一模一样，段落序号一定要标记，目的为了你方便定位啊！）

既然定位1&2段，那就标注句子吧！第一段2句话，第二段2句话；下来就是看句子了（重点不在看单词认不认识而是列框架）；

第一段：

①  While still （still强调一直在追）catching-up to men in some spheres of modernlife, （但是）women appear to be way ahead in at least one undesirable category. ②“Women are particularly susceptible to developing depression and anxiety disorders in response to stress compared tomen,” according to Dr. Yehuda, chief psychiatrist at New York’s Veteran’sAdministration Hospital.

以下操作是试卷简单涂画（楼上标注的应该是你试卷涂画的内容）&想&草稿纸逻辑框架操作；

想&试卷涂画：①while出现，后面特重要了；看到women重要（预判这篇文章在讲女性（可能））；while已经暗含了次要，看不懂没关系，尽管女性在某些方面仍然努力追赶男性，但是（预想肯定没追上）；undesirable category不好的方面遥遥领先。②即使你好多单词不认识developing depression and anxiety disorders这些单词中总有一个认识吧！比如你和我一样只认识anxiety，

大概意思就是相比男性女性在面对压力时候更容易患病（只要消极就好了）副词：particular非常很重要，扮演提高或降低态度音量的作用，表明文中作者的态度，把握作者的态度是理解文章的关键；还有extremely、fairly、nearly、really、widely、highly、barely、undoubtedly；

草稿纸列：一段：①女性在某些不好方面很厉害，终于遥遥领先男性；②女性在压力下极易患病。

第二段：

①  Studies of both animals and humans have shown that sex hormonessomehow affect the stress response, causing females under stress to produce more of the trigger chemicals than do males under the same conditions.② In several of the studies, when stressed-out female rats had their ovaries (the femalereproductive organs) removed, their chemicalresponses became equal to those of the males.
